HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you provide your e-mail address when you place an order, we will automatically notify you when we receive your order, send updates as to the status of each item on your order, and notify you when your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number upon your order and can be tracked at http://www.ups.com.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN TEMS ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT?
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by us. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us me at email@example.com within 15 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they will deny your claim.
WHAT IF I WANTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can cancel your order if we receive your request prior to shipping it. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but it can be returned to us. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.
